Summary: 

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging stakeholders, creating requirements for business products or programs, making recommendations for business opportunities and process improvements, and facilitating change requirements for new or existing clients under the guidance of Product Leadership.

You will work with talented and passionate professionals from across the globe who range from Business Stakeholders, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Specialists, Project Managers, Solution Designers, Agile Delivery Managers and Product Owners.

Responsibilities: 

  • Elicit business requirements for new products, programs and processes using business analysis elicitation techniques such as requirements workshops, business process analysis, use case creation, data analysis, etc. 
  • Liaise with multiple business units, technology teams and support teams to identify requirements, best practices, interdependencies, and opportunities for improvements 
  • Translate requirements to User Stories and create other artifacts (process flow, data model, use cases, etc.,) that provide clarity to the requirements
  • Participate in the design of high-level solutions and in the estimating process
  • Break development components into smaller functions that improve the user experience, in collaboration with the Product Owner 
  • Design the solution for the software product in keeping with the solution architecture and technical roadmap 
  • Design intuitive solutions that add value for users. Work closely with the development team to define functional specifications and the modifications required to achieve objectives (including non-functional requirements) 
  • Provide technical support and leadership in the event of incident escalation or service interruptions, making sure incidents are resolved effectively 
  • Work with developers and QA specialists to ensure that the detailed design is clearly understood and that developments are aligned with the design, to ensure the delivery of quality products.

 

Succeeding as a Business Analyst, will require the following core qualifications and skills:

Must have: 

  • 2-5 years experience in design and functional configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Field Service
  • Power Platform Experience (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) ranging from development concepts, governance, creation, monitoring, and maintenance 
  • Strong user story development skills and experience working within an Agile framework 
  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (computer science, business administration or the equivalent) 
  • ERP implementation experience, knowledge of software development and change management practices 
  • Highly effective communication skills – both written and oral (ability to interact in French is strong asset). Excellent ability to grasp and summarize information and at explaining concepts
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards within a specified time frame
  • Dedicated and flexible team player with a high energy level and solid organizational skills 
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, responsibility, and accountability 
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
  • Ability to understand and use current computer technologies and a willingness to learn new tools 
  • A background in health services or professional services industries - preferred 
  • Azure DevOps experience – preferred 
  • Previous experience in consulting - preferred 
  • Quality assurance (testing) knowledge or background - preferred
