Harris Leadership Strategies is based in Winnipeg, with associates in Saskatoon and Regina. Founded in 1981, HLS is focused on what we do well: career management, executive search, executive coaching and strategic thinking. As our name implies, our firm’s services focus on leadership and strategy.

Executive Search is the most active and prominent component of our range of services. We specialize in working with clients at the leadership level and understanding the challenges they face. Our Senior Consultants have both held positions in both executive and consulting roles, so we understand executive search and operations from both sides of the table.
