WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

 

The Corporate Services Representative is responsible for processing orders submitted by ECORE clients. 

 

Day to day responsibilities include processing a high volume of search requests via our ECORE system, uploading the correct reports to client accounts providing updates on status of pending orders as required. 

 

  • Providing our clients with assistance in ordering searches including Bank Act, corporate searches, and NUANS requests. 
  • Assist in the flow of day-to-day operations, with a focus in ensuring orders are fulfilled and completed within SLA’s. 
  • Follow-up of files sent to ministries and agents. 
  • Invoicing for services rendered as required. 
  • Communicating with clients as necessary to obtain missing information, resolve discrepancies in information and provide updates on the progress of files 
  • Communication with out-of-town agents to ensure timely updates are received and relayed to clients. 


Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain SLAs for manually fulfilled orders 
  • Responding to customer enquiries regarding process serving requests received by ECORE™, e-mail, telephone etc. 
  • Reviewing work orders to verify and identify billing information 
  • Coding and entering billing information in preparation of client invoicing 
  • Preparing courier packages 
  • Promoting and personally demonstrating the Company’s core values (Dye & Durham DNA) when dealing with internal and external clients and other business stakeholders 
  • Participating in learning and development opportunities 
  • Recognizing and leveraging opportunities to promote Dye & Durham’s range of products and services to clients; with a particular focus on promoting ECORE™ 
  • Participating in the development and documentation of procedures 
  • Providing assistance to other team members, as required 
  • Performing general office tasks, as required

  • Ability to complete multiple tasks at the same time 
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Excellent organizational skills.
