How will this role support our team? 

 

The Data Coordinator will administer, coordinate and maintain the quality of the Department’s case management database and data processes to ensure the complaints and discipline process is administered efficiently and in accordance with the College’s policies.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)


·   Maintain the Department’s case data and database, including developing user guides and workflow processes and optimizing the database for performance.

· Collaborate with management to develop and report on metrics and service standards.

·  Coordinate the transfer of case information, provide access to case files and follow-up with external contractors on requests for data.

·  Provide support to the manager to coordinate projects and implement process changes related to the case management database.



This role will support our team by providing:


·  Analytical, critical thinking, math/statistical and problem-solving skills to determine how to use and propose features for the IT platform

·  Time management, organizational and decision-making skills to manage and prioritize competing priorities and deadlines

·   Flexibility to work in a fast-paced changing environment as a collaborative team player who demonstrates initiative

·  Written and verbal communication skills to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders on issues related to data collection, input and reporting

·   Knowledge of office/administrative software, relational databases and data platforms


Required Education and Experience

 

·    University Degree (Bachelor) in data analytics or database management

·   3-5 years of experience with data management, data quality and business intelligence

  Knowledge of process workflow design and documentation, statistical analysis tools, database concepts and programming languages used in database management
