About us
CV Partner is on a mission to save our clients time, win more bids, and get better results.
CV Partner is a leading SaaS product in winning public tenders, bids, and proposals. Currently being used by market leaders in consulting, engineering, IT and legal firms in over 35 countries, our software helps create and store CV, resume, and case study data. This makes it easy to keep track of employee data and reduces the time it takes to compile a winning bid in half.
Our globally distributed team of 40 talented and friendly individuals is headquartered in Oslo, with offices in London, Copenhagen, Helsinki, and Toronto.
Data Integration Specialist
Having experienced great success in Europe since CV Partner was founded in 2012, and trusted by industry leaders like PwC, DLA Piper, and Capgemini, we have ambitious plans to expand in North America. In 2023, we received our first investment from Idékapital, which has enabled us to accelerate our overseas expansion and drive sales across America and Canada. In a short period of time, we have secured a multimillion-dollar contract with one of the biggest names in U.S. engineering, and more impressive names in construction, legal, and IT are in our pipeline.
This is our first Data Integration Specialist (Data Import Processor) hire in our Toronto office and you will be instrumental in ensuring that all of our new clients have a smooth transition to our product as part of our customer onboarding process. A big part of the job will be to manage external stakeholders, so it’s crucial that you are able to demonstrate previous experience in customer success, account management, or similar customer support roles, in addition to having advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
You will report into the Data Import Processor Team Lead in Oslo and work in collaboration with the wider Import/Export Team, consisting of developers, UX designers, customer success managers, data import processors and template creators. As we continue to grow globally, both in headcount and in customer base, you will have the opportunity to steer your future career in CV Partner and be exposed to development opportunities as we scale.
Ideally, you will have worked for a high-growth company but we are more concerned with your ability to adapt to a changing environment. CV Partner is in an exciting growth phase so it’s important to be aware that something that works for us today may not work for us tomorrow.
We promote flexible working arrangements, and we also recognize the positive impact of meeting up with colleagues in person. We ask that applicants be prepared to travel to the central Toronto office at least a couple of times per week. We also travel internationally twice per year for company gatherings, so in addition to being legally eligible to work in Canada, candidates should be prepared to travel internationally for a few days each year (fully paid) for collaboration, fun times, and, of course, great food.
