Job Duties
- Responsible for building and maintaining the company's data warehouse, devising data warehouse construction plans, and optimizing data storage and computing architecture.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data.
- Construct data models to provide business reports and analysis tools, supporting business decision-making.
- Deeply understand business requirements, collaborate closely with business teams, identify pain points, and provide data-driven solutions.
- Regularly produce data analysis reports, summarize analysis conclusions, and provide decision-making basis for business development.
- Assist various departments in conducting research on data-related requirements and designing solutions.
Requirement and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred.
- 3 years or more of experience in data warehousing and data analysis, with preference given to those with experience in the internet industry.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, etc., and mastering common data analysis methods and techniques.
- Familiar with data warehouse concepts, possessing the ability to perform data modeling and ETL process design.
- Have a strong sensitivity to data, capable of discovering and summarizing patterns from massive datasets.
- Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to independently solve problems.
- Stay informed about trends in the internet industry and have the ability to learn and research new technologies.
- Have experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards, familiar with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Familiar with data quality management and assurance processes, able to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
