We are seeking a talented, self-directed individual to build, manage, optimize, and report on Amazon digital programs across clusters of key customers and industries. Reporting to the CEO, the Digital Brand Manager - Amazon Services will liaise with an internal team of digital specialists and act as the direct point of contact for clients. 


Main responsibilities include; managing the growth, development and maintenance of our clients products on Amazon selling channels with a secondary responsibility of managing the remote staff’s daily/weekly activities to meet project timelines. In addition, you will also be responsible for coordinating services, implementing strategy and reviewing reporting data and analytics for the accounts to inform adjustments and next steps to improve account performance.

What you will be doing

Leading New Content Creation by: 

  • Supervising a team a of remote individuals; provide daily feedback as needed to ensure the team is able to execute to their tasks seamlessly 
  • Leading new content creation through to implementation on the platform ● Reviewing assets created by the team and gathering necessary assets from clients to facilitate a smooth delivery of content creation 
  • Foster a deep understanding of the goals and challenges of prospective clients in order to recommend the best possible solution(s). 

Supervising Ongoing Account Management through: 

  • Presenting to clients on a weekly / monthly basis regarding account performance and plans for the next steps based on data and analytics
  • Monitoring and tracking performance of client accounts. Adjusting plans as needed to ensure delivery of business commitments. 
  • Strategizing and building new processes and practices to grow our clients’ brand and sales on the platform 
  • Contributing to day-to-day management of digital operations including project management, QA, and reporting 
  • Keep up with industry, research, trends, and standard methodologies 
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required 


Qualifications and “nice to haves”

  • Proven experience selling on an Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience with Amazon tools like Helium10 and JungleScout 
  • 3 years of digital marketing experience
  • A post-secondary certificate or degree in a relevant field (such as business or marketing) or equivalent qualifications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that challenges you to think creatively to solve issues 
  • Self motivated to successfully complete milestones 
  • Enthusiastic about building new processes and tools



What you bring to the team

  • An understanding of the growing Amazon digital landscape and consumer engagement to succeed 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing to consumer audiences 
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to stakeholders 
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Analytical background, with ability to collect, analyze, and report on data 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service 
  • Experience with tracking and project management 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively
