The IMB is hiring a cohort of Agile Chapter Lead positions. There are currently five (5) different BAND 3 – Digital Delivery Chapter Lead positions available:
- One (1) DevOps Chapter Lead (REQ94174),
- One (1) User Experience Chapter Lead (REQ94183),
- One (1) Full Stack Developer Chapter Lead (REQ94178),
- One (1) Senior Product Manager (REQ94301), and
- One (1) Scrum Master Chapter Lead position (REQ94176).

Qualifications for this role include:
- Degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration or a discipline related to the management of IT professionals and/or a combination of education and experience may be considered
- A minimum of three (3) years of recent, related experience in:
- Providing leadership and direction to/in agile teams,
- Leading the continual improvement of software development operations within an Agile framework,
- Leading initiatives to enhance the skills and capacity of IT professionals working in agile teams, and
- Supervising IT professionals.
