The opportunity


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital and Creative Services as our new Digital Marketing Consultant you will lead digital and search engine marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and drive leads. 


Who you are


You are a digital marketer with expertise working in a B2B SaaS based software company and you are seeking an opportunity to be independently accountable from strategy to execution. You are both strategic and hands-on, creative, and analytical. You are passionate about data, and you understand how to pivot your strategy and update your campaigns to make the numbers work. You are looking for a role where you can watch, measure, and adjust your campaigns as they come to life.

Our new Digital Marketing Consultant will focus on:


- Program Development. You will own the development and management of program components, including ads, keywords SEO, and website/landing page assets for lead generation campaigns. You will work with various marketing stakeholders to create necessary assets, define budgets and KPIs for each campaign and channel. You will oversee the spending of our Google Ads budget, optimizing and adjusting ongoing and new digital marketing programs based on research and analysis. 


- Program Delivery. You will work with various stakeholders across product, content, and field marketing teams as well as 3rd party agencies to deliver campaigns on schedule by ensuring all assets are in market-appropriate channels to deliver against defined KPIs. You will conduct regular audits to ensure existing elements are meeting desired journey needs and update or create new ones where needed.


- Program Design. You will lead the development of digital marketing campaigns that will increase engagement and lead generation, focusing on SEO, PPC advertising, display advertising, relevant web and landing pages. Campaign plans will include multi-touch and multi-channel customer journeys with KPIs for each stage.


- Evaluation and Performance Management. You will evaluate campaign performance across multiple stages of the journey towards lead generation using tools like Google AdWords, Google Analytics, website surveillance tools, Pardot, and Salesforce. You will produce reports and communicate outcomes as well as recommendations to key stakeholders regularly.


Our new Digital Marketing Consultant will have:


- The education and experience. You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. You have proven success in a digital marketing role researching, designing, and developing digital marketing campaigns, specifically with PPC programs. You have an understanding of the customer experience and building buyer-user relationships through highly effective digital campaigns.


- The project management skills. You can balance multiple deliverables, communications, and stakeholder expectations. You are able to create and execute an overarching strategic direction to effectively grow the business. You have experience budgeting, resource planning, tracking deliverables, and managing change.


- The technical expertise. You are proficient in Google Adwords and Google Analytics; Pardot; Salesforce; WordPress or another CMS; basic HTML and JavaScript.


- The collaboration skills. You can establish relationships with internal teams and third-party providers, working closely towards common goals. Your oral, written, visual, and presentation communication skills are outstanding. You are a problem solver who respects diverse opinions and is action-oriented.
