Digital Marketing Coordinator

Our vaccine booking system is being used to book and manage over 20% of COVID-19 the vaccination across Ontario. Our system simplifies the booking process, empowers patients to choose the most convenient time for their schedule while reducing administrative load. We are continuously innovating this solution to better support Canadians and enable administration of millions of vaccinations.

Who we need

Reporting to the Director, Revenue Growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to take on a vital role supporting targeted content creation and the work of the Marketing team. You will develop a deep understanding of our product offering, the problems we solve, and how we are uniquely positioned in our segment. You will curate multichannel media posts, articles, podcasts, and news feeds, evaluating content for opportunities.

How you will make an impact

  • Grow our influence as thought leaders and solution providers. You will listen to, read, watch, and research all relevant market opportunities , evaluating for details and opportunities. You will develop content ideas and assist and plan with writing content that responds, refutes, or expands on key concepts. 
  • Grow our leads. You will partner with the Marketing Manager to execute on our marketing outreach initiatives. . You will help develop digital campaigns and conduct A/B tests, analyzing the effectiveness and conversion rates of the tactic and the target. You will collaborate on proposal responses. 
  • Grow our processes. You will contribute to the setup and rollout of our CRM and related processes, gaining exposure to the sales operations and sales teams. 
  • Grow our visibility. You will define and drive our social media presence, working collaboratively with internal teams to identify the right product and gather the subject matter expertise that will shape the messaging. You will develop a deep understanding of our products, our position, our target audience, and all of the nuances of our branding. You will assist with establishing consistent and relevant messaging across all marketing collateral.


What you bring

  • The education and experience. You have a degree in communications, marketing, or related field and an interest in B2B marketing for a tech product company. Ideally, you are familiar with the healthcare or health tech industry. You are a researcher, a writer, a presentation maker, a social media manager, and a well-spoken individual. 
  • The technical knowledge. You are tech savvy and can learn new tools quickly. You are proficient with MS Office or Google suite, and popular social media platforms. You may have exposure to common marketing tools and databases. Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is an added bonus.
  • The initiative. You are a critical thinker who can creatively solve problems, and you continuously pursue knowledge. You are inspired by a fast-paced environment and can rise to the challenge of competing priorities. You have the confidence to work independently - and to know when to ask for help.
  • The collaborative approach. You can build trusting relations and efficiently work across teams, both in-person and remote. 
  • The heroics. You have a professional superpower. It could be the ability to focus on the user experience above all else like our Director of Product, Mahmoud, or our CFO Anna's vision building strength, or our CEO Michael's ability to know precisely when you are having fun (which you should be) and when you aren't.
