We’re looking for a Director, Product Marketing to help take Fiix’s explosive growth to a whole new level. As our Product Marketing leader, you will sit at the intersection of the marketing, sales, and product organizations. Your job is to help craft the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy and successfully bring new products to market to strengthen the company’s market presence and drive Fiix’s overall financial performance. This includes everything from defining our target market, setting the positioning and value propositions, to running product launches, to making sure the sales team understands how to talk about the product and making sure customers understand how to use it. 



What you will do:

  • Market Intelligence – You’ll influence our go-to-market strategic planning as it relates to defining target markets and target customer profiles through extensive market analysis and customer interaction. You will take the lead on identifying possible entry points into new market opportunities through verticals, geos, segments, or adjacent solutions. 
  • Commercial Strategy – You’ll be focused on turning your learnings into deliverables. This comes in the form of market assessments, competitive analysis, buyer personas, and market positioning plans that support our go-to-market strategy. Your focus will be to understand the market opportunity and to create GTM and pricing strategies that target ideal customer segments and buyer personas.
  • Organizational Enablement - You will be a product, customer, and market expert. You will be our Fiix evangelist that ensures our positioning, value proposition, and personas become cemented in the minds of all employees and external stakeholders. You’ll teach our positioning and value propositions to help evangelize the product and the brand. 
  • Product Launch – You’ll be the owner of our New Product Introduction (NPI) process that spans the Commercial, Revenue, and Product organizations. You’ll be the cradle to grave strategic-owner that ensures that Fiix takes product to market in the right way.  
  • Analyst Relations - You will build our AR strategy to secure positive analysts relations to appropriately position Fiix as an industry leader. You’ll be focused on working with analyst firms to complete research reports and whitepapers and facilitating analyst briefings and interviews during specific events just to name a few. 
  • People Leadership - Lead, coach and expand Product Marketing team as you create alignment and set priorities while developing the team to their full potential


What we’re looking for:

  • You have 10+ years of experience leading a product marketing team at a B2B SaaS company. 
  • Proven experience building and leading product marketing teams from the ground up.
  • Proven ability to create and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies across marketing, sales, and product organizations. 
  • Extensive experience in building product positioning, value propositions, and buyer personas.
  • Pricing strategy expertise is a must.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator, presenter, motivator, and influencer that’s comfortable in a boardroom, on a stage, or in front of a camera.
  • You can clearly conceive and articulate complex concepts and frameworks to a broad audience. You’re a lateral thinker that creatively problem solves.
  • You’re knowledgeable about SaaS products, B2B marketing, and business models.
  • You’re a decisive leader, and relentless prioritization master that can execute complex strategies flawlessly, and drive measurable results.
