Graphic Design Department - Shopify eCommerce and Website Specialist


We are on the lookout for a detailed-oriented, analytical and organized eCommerce and Website Specialist. You must be passionate about working within a team to create, execute, manage and improve our graphics projects and processes.

Responsibilities: 

The eCommerce and Web Specialist will be responsible for updating the Pyrrha Shopify website, oversee the functionality, evaluate and manage website performance, develop, maintain and update website content. You’ll work on improving and maintaining the brand’s SEO and work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer on day-to-day eCommerce/website projects.


Skills required: 

  • 3+ years of experience in webstore platforms; with knowledge of Shopify
  • Working experience of HTML, CSS, FTP and basic edits of webstore templates
  • Understanding of programming fundamentals
  • Support the team with website and product content maintenance (edits, updates, product activation, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suites
  • Strong proficiency with CSV files
  • Solid knowledge of SEO concepts and implementation of SEO recommendations
  • Working knowledge of Google feed, Google Analytics, Google Ad Network, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, AdWords, Bing, Facebook ads, Hotjar
  • Leverage website analytics to understand performance and customer interaction to help identify opportunities and conversion optimization
  • Execution of AB testing, refining UX, site optimization, and channel expansion
  • Manage and segment customer data
  • Evaluate current processes, identify, and implement improvements with a keen focus on business analytics, consumer trends and shopping behavior
  • Experience in Creating and managing shops on both Facebook and Pinterest
  • Data entry and ability to compare and analyze data from various sources, run reports
  • UI/UX experience
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
