Our software and support systems are critical to our clients’ ongoing growth and success.


Job Duties:

Docebo Inc is looking for two experienced Enterprise Business Developers to perform the following duties:

  • Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients as well as create new compelling messaging to drive engagement with target prospects and create interest in discussing Docebo’s offerings.
  • Develop and maintain technical product or service knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions about goods or services
  • Develop, implement and report on sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Assess market conditions and competitors' activities and develop an awareness of emerging markets and trends
  • Identify and solicit ideal target key stakeholders from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts that might benefit from learning about Docebo
  • Assess clients' needs, recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate goods or services, and negotiate prices or other sales terms
  • Contact potential clients via outbound calling; establishing rapport, questioning, listening, matching and closing opportunities
  • Provide a stellar, world-class experience to Inbound prospects who are looking to understand how Docebo can help their teams excel at building a culture of Learning
  • Manage your time effectively, own your calendar and dedicate time for the most important tasks that you will need to execute to reach your goals
  • Pipeline generation through successful adoption of all the previously listed responsibilities, adding fuel to the Docebo growth engine and growing with the business both personally and professionally



·        Minimum bachelor’s degree required

·        Minimum 2 years of experience


Terms of Employment:

·        Full-Time Permanent Position

·        $35/hour for 40 hours per week
