What you’ll do:
• Work with our Construction and Fibre Teams performing pre, post and upgrade construction tasks.
• Work closely with our Drop Coordinator to ensure all necessary work is completed for new, repaired, replaced, or upgraded fibre and coax cable drops.
• Provide positive customer experiences regarding equipment and services.
• Work cooperatively with other departments to coordinate support and escalation.
• Complete work orders for all tasks completed in WCG’s data base in a timely manner.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality control guidelines and company policies and procedures.
What you’ll bring to the team:
• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Experience in construction or residential wiring is considered an asset.
• Valid certificate in Basic Rescuer CPR and Emergency First Aid.
• Must be able to carry 50 lbs.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to remote communities with possibility of extended stays away from Brandon.
