Full Stack Developer - CRM Specialist Lead

Victoria, BC

This position may be located in Victoria or Vancouver. Other locations may be considered based on operational requirements.


The Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB) is responsible for the provision of IM/IT services and business solutions to ministry program areas including business analysis services, IT computer hardware and software solutions, IM/IT planning and development services, and contract management of outsourced application service delivery partners. Additionally, ITSB is responsible for managing provincial health information standards and for delivering effective conformance and integration services to enable health information exchange across the health sector.


This position leads the development and delivery of scalable cloud based/web applications (ie. Salesforce and ServiceNow) in a continuous deployment environment consistent with government and ministry strategic plans, system standards and interfacing requirements of other ministries and agencies. Functions as a senior level specialist, directing strategies and standards to be followed by other IT staff.

Qualifications for this role include:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum five years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Experience using a variety of modern development tools, such as HTML, CSS and Javascript libraries, relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience with API development and integration and continuous development environments.
  • Preference may be given to applicants who have experience and knowledge of developing, installing and troubleshooting applications built on ServiceNow and/or Salesforce.
