Job description:


As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be an integral part of our development team, focusing on creating robust and scalable web applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining all parts of our complex software suite, from the front-end user interfaces to the back-end databases.


As a startup, we work in-person at the office to foster collaboration as we continue to define our product. Our engineers practice pair programming (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pair_programming) to encourage learning, and improve code quality and test coverage.


Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using Golang, React, and Postgres.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies within the full stack domain.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Golang, React, and Postgres.
  • Understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g., HTTP, cookies, headers, caching, and security).
  • Strong knowledge of database design and query optimization.
  • Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Preferred skills:

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
