We are seeking a Head of Growth to propel our brand and market presence to new heights.


About The Role


The Head of Growth at SALUS is a data-driven visionary who will build and lead our dynamic growth marketing team to develop scalable and repeatable growth levers. They will be the architect of our testing roadmap, authority of our brand voice and image, and leader of an "always be testing" culture within our go-to-market team. By harnessing data-driven marketing strategies and innovative growth tactics, this role is pivotal in propelling SALUS to new heights. 


What You'll Do

  • Design and implement a multi-channel growth strategy, incorporating paid advertising, events, direct mail, ABM, content marketing, and SEO to drive user acquisition.
  • Lead experimentation and optimization across all channels, continually improving campaign performance and funnel conversion.
  • Work cross-functionally with go-to-market leaders, product, and engineering teams to ensure product-market fit, create product feature feedback loops, and own customer marketing to drive engagement and retention.
  • Oversee budget management, including forecasting, resource allocation, and performance analysis to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Set clear performance targets that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and establish dynamic reporting.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through ongoing training and support.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and reach.


What You Bring

  • 6+ years experience in a growth marketing or similar role with a strong track record of measurable results.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated leadership skills with experience hiring and managing a talented marketing team.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in paid acquisition platforms and strategies. Meta Business and Google Ads experience is a must. 
  • Prior SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision making and proven experience in utilizing analytics tools.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance projections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.


The pay range for this role is:

130,000 - 160,000 CAD per year (Head Office)

150,000 - 180,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
