Identity and Access Management (Sailpoint)

Provides identity and access management governance and subject matter expertise. Support the IAM Team in the development of the Enterprise Identity and Access Management tools and processes

You will be accountable to:

  • Works with various teams to develop connectors to onboard to IAM tool (SailPoint)
  • Performs thorough testing of the IAM applications including execution of manual test cases, creation of pre-go live test documentation, and development of automated test scenarios
  • Configure out of the box workflows in IAM tools
  • Day-to-day administration of Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management platforms, including after-hours support and support during planned maintenance windows or critical support issues
  • Maintain all documentation as it relates to configuration, processes, service records, asset inventories, topologies, administration manuals, job instructions, support contacts etc.
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps and issues, and drive the analysis and documentation of technical requirements for enterprise platform
  • Conduct research, configure and unit test out of the box workflows to enhance identity and access life cycle management processes. Oversee and support application/account onboarding
  • Analyze requirements provided business stakeholders and work with 3rd party vendors to ensure requirements are captured and all user cases are documented for development
  • Knowledge sharing with team members

 Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience administering and managing centralized Identity and Access Management platform
  • Professional Certification required (security-related industry)
  • Ability to serve as lead expert resource in technology controls and information security for project teams, the business, organization and outside vendors ; core Java programming an asset
