As an Integrations Manager you will play a key role in new and existing Fiix integrations. You will be part of a team whose goal is to connect Fiix to the rest of the world! You will regularly meet with customers and prospects to understand their integration needs and use this knowledge to partner with internal and external vendors to make these integrations a reality. You are customer focused, smart and enthusiastic and have a keen interest in making great software products.


What you will do:

  • Leverage technical understanding, customer focus, attention to detail, quality and communication skills to identify, implement, test and deploy solutions
  • Form relationships and regularly meet with customers, partners, and prospects to understand integration needs
  • Use your findings to design and validate integrations that make our entire customer base successful
  • When needed, partner with other vendors and solution providers and make these integrations a reality
  • Understand the market and identify trends to define a short and longer term strategy
  • Evaluate competitors and market trends to detect threats and opportunities
  • Partner with engineering teams and other stakeholders to solution new integrations and enhance existing ones
  • Prioritize the backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering value to the business
  • Effectively communicate, across many channels, your progress with your team & stakeholders
  • Measure and communicate the impact of new and existing solutions and use it to plan future projects


What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in a customer facing role like Solutions Engineer, Professional Services, Application Consultant working with a managed solution or in a SaaD environment
  • 2+ years experience leading projects requiring managing customer expectations
  • Proven track record of prioritizing the needs of various stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience solutioning Web Services standards and technologies (e.g. XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, REST, JSON, JavaScript etc.)
  • Experience in ERP or financial management software solutions and software development experience are considered assets
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering considered an asset
  • Software development experience considered an asset
