Intermediate Developer

Intermediate Developer

As the Intermediate Developer, you’re responsible for providing application integration governance, guidance, analysis, design, development, and testing expertise to projects from initiation to implementation. Your work supports applications and database systems to meet current and future needs, and contributes to existing architecture.


What you’ll do


  • Design, develop, support and maintain software systems that are robust and scalable and meet functional and non-functional requirements
  • Liaises with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with product managers to plan feature scope and requirements
  • Delivers system requirements as defined and accepted by the program funder and internal stakeholders
  • Meet or exceeds contractual targets and internal operational requirements
  • Create technical and user documentation for new and existing web applications
  • Analyze potential software issues and efficiently resolve stakeholder requests
  • Create strategies for performance tuning and monitoring to maintain overall application stability
  • Work closely with support and release management groups and prepare code change sets for scheduled and emergency releases


What you bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in development or computer science, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience building and maintaining large, enterprise and/or internet applications
  • Experience in web/mobile application development
  • Excellent specification and documentation skills
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration
  • Proven hands-on experience with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2.0, SQL Server
  • JavaScript experience
  • Experience with source control management
