Natural Resource Information and Digital Services (NRIDS) is leading the modernization and transformation of business practices for the Natural Resource Ministries (NRM) through continuous improvement projects, new technology options and operational information management/information technology (IM/IT). NRIDS is providing leadership for IM/IT planning, policy and business process solutions and is also the single authority for all information and technology across the NRM.
The Intermediate Technical Analyst plans and manages infrastructure technology solutions across multiple platforms, program areas and a variety of systems environments, including configuration, installation, and integration services.

Qualifications for this role include:
- Degree, diploma, certification in computer science, geography or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience with Windows or Linux operating systems including the installation and configuration of application software.
- Experience with the spatial technology software such as ESRI ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, QGIS, FME Desktop, R, Geoserver or FME Server.
- Experience developing, implementing and troubleshooting, appropriate technical solutions, for key partners, business clients.
