Intermediate Technical Analyst

$69,185.43 - $78,814.47 annually plus 6.6% Temporary Market Adjustment

Support the transformation of government services in this dynamic team Supporting both our ministry and the Ministry of Children and Family Development, the Information Services Division (ISD) provides information management and information technology (IM/IT) services.

ISD also provides IM/IT resource planning, decision making, project and issues management, security and privacy functions and desktop support. The division was created to serve the social sector’s current and future needs.

The Intermediate Technical Analyst plans and manages infrastructure technology solutions across multiple platforms (namely Call Centre Anywhere (CCA) ice telephony technology and Teleopti workforce planning software), program areas and a variety of systems environments, including configuration, installation, and integration services.

Qualifications for this role include:

• Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in computer science, business or other directly related field, and related experience *, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

*Related experience must include all of the following:

• Experience in investigating and implementing complex IT integration challenges.

• Experience troubleshooting, testing, implementing software and hardware solutions.

• Experience with all phases of project management and change management.

• Experience working under pressure, within strict timeframes and meeting deadlines.

• Experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously.
