Issuer & Customer Support Analyst

Saskatoon, SK

This role is eligible for hybrid work - this means you'll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office (in Regina), on a scheduled rotation once training requirements have been met. Until then, the successful incumbent will be expected to work on-site, full-time)

Do you feel like you need a change? Are you ready to stretch your skills in new ways? Then this position may have just the challenge you’re looking for!

We’re looking for an Issuer & Customer Support Analyst to join our team in Regina.

We hope you consider applying if you:

  • Enjoy developing reports and presenting technical material/results using straightforward business language.
  • Can work both independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
  • Can apply analytics to problems to evaluate, identify trends, and recommend improvements regarding issuing business decisions, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Want to leverage your leadership skills for good – like actively supporting SGI’s culture, expanding your own learning and supporting your colleagues as they do the same.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as, Business or Mathematical & Applied Sciences, or a defined equivalency, and 3 – 5 years’ experience in a statistics, analysis, or related role. But we don’t want you to worry about checking every box! We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way, so please don't hesitate to apply. We'd love to hear from you!

What else do we offer?
