WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • We are looking for a driven Lead Product Designer to joining our growing design team. You will be a champion of our user's needs, understanding their challenges and supporting a team of designers to deliver high-quality and consistent user experiences. Also working closely with Product and Engineering to influence and drive the Product Strategy.Support the UX Director and other Lead Product designers to identify and prioritize design needs globally.
  • Help establish design best practice and ensure is being adhered to within your region.
  • Drive product strategy with your region by collaborating closely with product and UX research.
  • Oversee design activities within your region.
  • Ensure that your team is supported while they are conducting research activities.
  • Mentor and manage a team of designers to build and improve the design practice.  
  • Advocate and promote design thinking throughout the organization.
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with Product, Engineering and stakeholders.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?

Expertise in user research, end-to-end design process, conceptualization, UI prototyping, user testing, and implementation

  • Experience in service design and systems thinking. You are able to think holistically across all touchpoints.
  • Expertise in using a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods, to measure design impact.
  • Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and lead designers in your team to deliver product strategy and meet business goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of peers and stakeholders from senior leaders to UX design peers.
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring teams and individuals
  • Confident to promote and advocate for UX design throughout the organization.
