We’re looking for a Manager, Information Security to lead the IT and Information Security and Physical Security divisions to ensure Fiix’s continued corporate growth is supported through a world class IS/IT backbone. With a focus on Information Security and IT within the business, you will own corporate technology systems inclusive of the corporate security measures, identified through Fiix InfoSec, to be employed for corporate growth in an enterprise focused SaaS organization.
What you will do:
- Actively participate in the continued evolution of the Fiix InfoSec program and build strategy for short and long term security needs. Lead execution of the program, in partnership with the Product team to ensure standards compliance and corporate resilience
- Responsible for the security and privacy policies, including alignment with required privacy standards, as it pertains to business and customer information
- Identify and spearhead accreditation initiatives for compliance with necessary security programs to support organization, product marketing and product (compliance, pen test, etc.)
- Oversee organizational IS risk identification, and standards and policies enacted to reduce risk based on the strategic needs of the organization
- Lead and oversee standards and regulatory compliance activities across the organization, e.g. PCI, GDPR, SOC2 etc...
- Lead corporate policy audit and remediation activities as they pertain to information security and employee security programs
- Lead education, policies and best practices for inclusion of a security centric development practice within the SDLC. Work with product and delivery product leaders identifying opportunities for enhancing security features through the product roadmap
- Continuously improve the security operations function, including event and incident management processes and practices
- Oversee the program for intake, analysis, delivery of key organizational IT Systems critical to operations, and lead IT Ops development initiatives, building interoperability and security measures as required by InfoSec, IT and Infrastructure teams
- Oversee corporate enablement through IT and and IT Systems, ensuring strict compliance with InfoSec program, while facilitating organization’s rapid growth needs
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in information technology and data management, preferably with high-growth companies, working in a product company is a plus
- Experience in scaling employees systems and data security awareness, implementing threat protection measures at a corporate level
- Proven experience running corporate practices around IT systems and security and enterprise data management and in support of standards compliance within the organization.
- Ability to scale, manage, and maintain information technology teams
- Desire to drive an IT and enterprise software applications strategy to support a scaling, hyper-growth B2B SaaS company
- Expertise in transforming IT capabilities by envisioning the future technology needs and continue to evolve an IT roadmap to expand capabilities and capture operating efficiencies
