OEM Partner Account Manager

Vancouver, BC

We’re looking for a passionate OEM Partner Account Manager to solve business and technical challenges to drive successful outcomes for our key partners. As a member of the Tasktop Business Development team, you will be responsible for building relationships with our top partners to ensure go-to-market success for our combined solutions. This involves coordination with internal and external stakeholders to execute on our go-to-market partnerships. This includes activities such as onboarding, training, co-marketing, sales assistance, as well as tracking and reporting results.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build relationships with your assigned OEM partnerships to ensure mutual business success
  • Drive initiatives such as training & enablement, marketing campaigns, and business process improvements
  • Lead regular Partner meetings to surface growth opportunities, remove impediments, and track progress
  • Work with internal and external teams to resolve any technical or administrative issues that arise
  • Lead the creation of partner-specific marketing and enablement content drawing on the work of your subject matter expert colleagues
  • Participate in marketing initiatives such as partner conferences, webinars, blogs and social media promotion
  • Maintain accurate reporting on all aspects of your partnerships
  • Track and ensure accountability from the many stakeholders contributing to your partnership outcomes


Requirements:


  • Previous business development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enterprise software sales account management experience
  • Familiarity with the software development industry is essential. Relevant disciplines include Agile, DevOps, Testing, Requirements Management, Project & Portfolio Management, IT Service
  • The ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong presentation skills
