· Resource with min. 5 – 8 years’ experience in CCTV and ACS, specifically C-CURE and GENETEC applications.
· Resource will perform all maintenance or support-related activities, tasks, functions, and services for the Physical Security System including hardware, underlying applications, integrations, custom report creation
· provide response and resolution of Incidents, service requests related to the Physical Security System Support Services; and
· providing proactive monitoring of the Physical Security System OT components (including the camera and ACS controller) and implementing preventative measures to limit outages.
· providing technical assistance to design and build quotes.
· performing maintenance and management for the Physical Security System, including implementing and applying, as applicable, preventative, and corrective maintenance
