Position Description:
Our product management positions are ideal for customer-focused product managers with a proven track record of delivering transformative solutions. 5G career opportunities are available in enterprise business solutions, consumer IoT, gaming & XR, communications, business development, industry partnerships and public safety.
You will lead, learn and contribute by working cross-functionally with colleagues across many areas, including network technology, client operations, marketing and IT to accelerate Bell’s 5G product leadership. You will enable the creation of innovative new products that will also enhance the ways our customers engage with Bell services and content.
As part of the Bell Mobility Product team, you will work closely with various Bell units to create unrivaled assets that build a robust 5G product portfolio. This is a particularly exciting time, as Bell is aggressively investing in its largest capital acceleration project in our company’s 141-year history.
Familiarity with telecommunications, media, digital apps, IoT and XR are beneficial skillsets.
Accountabilities:
- Product development including creating product requirements, and concept design
- Market research and preparing business case justification for product investments
- Lead cross functional engagements through all stages of ideation, funding, design and execution to deliver complex customer-focused services on time and on budget
- Identify launch strategies and post-launch support, reporting and analytics with the customer experience being paramount
- Collaboration and cross-domain partnering
- Effectively build relationships including external partners to execute new 5G services
- Manage development and product releases with internal cross functional groups
- Develop OKR reports to track and analyze product lifecyle performance.

What are we looking for?
- Recent graduates (undergraduate and graduate degrees) from business, computer science, engineering, math and beyond. Our 5G business and consumer customers are diverse and dynamic; this is your opportunity to demonstrate how your academic or business experience combined with your leadership competencies will help Bell to deliver new 5G technologies.
- Working knowledge of Telecommunications products and next-gen customer needs (streaming, social media, cloud, 5G, SaaS, etc.)
- Strong command in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other digital virtual communication platforms (i.e. Jira, Miro, Slack, etc.).
