Project Advisor

·        Provide guidance to project teams to execute projects and complete project deliverables according to EPMO Governance practices

·        Support senior leaders in the maintenance and development of administrative and governance processes within GDS TIS team

·        Demonstrate capacity for balancing priorities, constraints and objectives of multiple simultaneous projects and initiatives

·        Work and collaborate with Business Relationship Managers to ensure new projects are initiated on a timely basis with governance objectives clearly defined

·        Apply project and organizational knowledge, leadership and active facilitation to meet Governance and strategic objectives

·        Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization

·        Must be able to excel in a matrix organization

·        Strong leadership and facilitation skills - analytical, creative and business focused problem solver

·        Perform continuous evaluation of internal processes to ensure efficient and priority-based execution of related tasks; identify and propose process improvements as required.

·        Document and provide enhancement recommendations for Governance systems and processes

·        Partner with leader on the delivery of system and/or process training and change management

·        Act as a point of contact for TIS team members who require process support

·        Ensure data accuracy and completeness within Governance applications and reports, following-up with end-users as required
