Dyspatch is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to accelerate our sales process by connecting with potential customers. You'll make connections with new leads, learn about the pain points they have in their current process, and explain how Dyspatch can solve them. You’ll generate demand, interest, and excitement for Dyspatch while creating a steady pipeline of prospects.

As an SDR at Dyspatch you’ll source new sales opportunities by follow-up with leads and outbound cold calls (via phone, email, LinkedIn — your outreach creativity is welcome!) Your outreach will aim to generate interest, qualify prospects, and set appointments. You’ll use your technical acumen to ensure folks understand the strengths of our SaaS product and you’ll use your time management skills to juggle the multiple priorities that come with life at a scaling startup.

Dyspatch is an email production platform that allows teams to streamline their entire email creation process and empower their email team to easily build emails with a library of pre-tested, on brand email blocks without needing to code. Our portfolio also includes Sendwithus, a transactional email template management platform ideal for SMBs.

On Target Earnings range: $80,000 - 90,000 annually *

*Placement in this salary range will be commensurate with skills and experience. 

**We offer a generous, uncapped commission structure giving you the opportunity to earn well above your on target earnings.

We’re a remote company, based in Canada and this role is open to candidates who currently have valid Canadian work authorization (a SIN) and currently reside in Canada. Our core meeting hours are 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Pacific Time, and we ask that you are available during that time — both for meetings and for connection.

In The First 3 Months, You’ll…

  • Learn our CRM (Hubspot) workflow and how to use it in your day-to-day
  • Learn our lead sources and begin to source new sales opportunities 
  • Learn Dyspatch’s sales flowCreate target prospects lists, id’ing key players and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Get to know the Dyspatch product, our terminology, and the sales communication funnel
  • Start to manage the marketing-and sales qualified lead pipelines and SQL pipeline
  • Follow-up with warm and cold leads through phone calls, LinkedIn & email
  • Be the first point of contact when a lead reaches out to request a demo and successfully connect with them to schedule the demo with our Sales team
  • Follow up post demo with leads in the SQL and SAL pipeline
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams for onboarding 

In The First 12 Months, You’ll…

  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Transition to sales-accepted lead pipeline management, as you settle into the role 
  • Proactively communicate with leads to ensure a high level of engagement
  • Be well versed in the Dyspatch platform and understand the problems we solve for our customersBring innovative lead generation ideas to share with the Sales team 
  • Maintain strong communication with our Customer Success team to help respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a strong feedback loop with the Marketing team regarding messaging, outbound outreach, and drip development
