$69,185.43 - $78,814.47 annually plus $175.02 - $199.38 bi-weekly Temporary Market Adjustment
British Columbia’s Natural Resource Ministries (NRM) are the stewards of the Province’s Crown land and natural resources which reflect the diverse values and interests of all British Columbians. In order to support the growth of the economy while providing effective environmental stewardship, the province’s NRM must transform in order to advance the shared management of British Columbia’s natural resources.
As a Scrum Master (Technical), you will be responsible for leading technology project planning, design, implementation and close out, and for the management of the agile sprint process for a scrum team.

Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of combined experience (must have some experience in each area):
- o As a project manager on an Agile project(s) or as a Scrum Master.
- o Agile project experience.
- o Agile lifecycle management practices and tools.
