Responsibilities
• Help manage the ISO27001 certification process
• Secure the company’s network and manage all company hardware
• Enforce, propose, and execute good policy for IT infrastructure and management
• Manage Microsoft Office 365 instance for the company and ensure everyone is properly setup with correct permissions and access
• Ensure access to and security of all remote working staff’s computers and company hardware
• Support staff in their IT needs
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience with managing O365
• Experience setting up inTune and other Microsoft services for remote control and access
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure
• Experience configuring all necessary requirements to comply with ISO27001, NIST, or ENISA cybersecurity certification
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and Office 365 programs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally travel to team meetings; some overnight travel may be required.
