We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading all in-funnel and post-sale customer relationship management communications across channels such as email and text. You will focus on developing highly segmented and personalized campaigns that will drive measurable increases in conversion rates, cross-sell rates and customer engagement. As a senior member of the growth team, this person will also be responsible for driving cross-functional growth in partnership with our product and CS teams.
The ideal candidate possesses the ability to think both creatively and analytically, and is constantly bringing new opportunities to the table! This candidate has built programs at scale using marketing automation, insightful qualitative and quantitative findings, and iterative experimentation.
