Position Summary: 

As a Portfolio Manager at Aftia Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving strategic portfolio management initiatives to optimize the company's service offerings and drive business growth. You will lead a team responsible for delivering post-sales services and support to key clients of Adobe’s electronic signature solution.   You will manage and grow this book of business of hundreds of customers across multiple verticals.  This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of portfolio management principles.

This job is for someone who excels in analyzing complex business activities, developing frameworks, and driving organizational implementation and effectiveness.

As a critical part of our sales organization, you will lead strategic and operational improvements while driving Adoption and Usage campaigns, while working closely with Senior Leadership on a range of critical initiatives and projects. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the strategic planning process for Adobe's product portfolio, including defining portfolio objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio management framework to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and business goals.

  • Establish and maintain governance processes to monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, including key metrics, KPIs around adoption, usage, portfolio Growth, and risk factors.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on portfolio performance, highlighting key insights, dashboards on growth, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with portfolio management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align portfolio strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the portfolio management team and across the organization.
  • Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning efforts to ensure optimal utilization of resources across the portfolio.
  • Identify resource gaps or bottlenecks and implement strategies to address them effectively.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio-level risks and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop contingency plans and escalation processes to address unforeseen challenges or disruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, or related roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex portfolios, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and data to drive strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with portfolio management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Salesforce, Confluence, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management Institute (PMI) standards, is a plus.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
