We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Small and Medium Business (SMB) to help take Fiix’s explosive growth to a whole new level. We think most software is too complex; too many features with too many promises. We're on a mission to change that - to build truly superior software that changes the way people work. You must be innovative, strategic and comfortable with driving execution and have a “get the job done” attitude. You must be a skilled collaborator who can work with stakeholders across the company to drive alignment to a long-term product strategy and roadmap for our enterprise customers.

 

What you will do:

  • Customer Insight: Understand small and medium business customers and their challenges and use this knowledge to develop a customer centric strategic roadmap ensuring alignment that delivers on revenue growth objectives and increased NPS
  • Market and competitive research: Gather and synthesize market, customer and competitive research to identify product enhancements that drive market leadership
  • Ability to analyze customer experience data and devise strategies to improve the free to paid conversion process as well as customer acquisition, onboarding, usage and retention.
  • You have experience delivering self-serve mechanisms and freemium versions drive adoption and optimizing growth in the SMB segment
  • You are a team player who can work closely with individuals across Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer success to drive alignment to our multi-year product strategy and roadmap.
  • Establish product process within the team and across the organization to ensure effective communication and execution
  • Have an understanding of tracking success metrics and building action plans to make progress against priority metrics.


What we're looking for:

  • Experience creating winning SAAS applications targeted at Small and Medium Business users; but with consumer-services-like interfaces.
  • 3+ years experience with B2B software
  • You have gathered data and customer feedback on an existing product or workflow and successfully iterated based on your findings.
  • Experience participating in an agile development and rapid prototyping process.
  • Creative problem-solver who inspires innovation across the entire team.
  • Experience working with Industrial Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Asset Management software solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
