The Provincial Identity Information Management (IDIM) Branch provides ministries and broader public service organizations with identity, authentication and integration technologies and services to enable employees, businesses, and citizens to have access to government programs, services and information – either in person or online. Within the IDIM Strategic Priorities and Portfolio Management Team, the business analysis function provides critical analysis for project and operational initiatives, relating to identity management and authentication services, for the BC Services Card.
The Senior Team Lead, Business Analysis, functions as a senior level specialist, directing accessibility strategies and standards to be followed by other IT staff. This role leads the provision of business analysis/consulting services and plans ongoing business and technology needs consistent with government and ministry strategic plans, system standards and interfacing requirements of other ministries and agencies. This position also requires the successful candidate to lead, plan, and develop accessibility strategies, policies, and practices and ensure that standards and processes are administered consistently with the provincial and federal legislation and guidelines.

Qualifications for this role include:
- Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field.
- Experience providing business analysis for key front line systems with complex interactive business processes and multi-ministry impacts.
- Experience with the supervision of staff.
- Experience of change management processes and project management methodologies.
- Experience of application design and development life cycle; and all aspects of IT.
