Senior Technical Analyst
$69,185.43 - $78,814.47 annually plus 6.6% Temporary Market Adjustment

The Senior Technical Analyst, working in a team environment, is accountable to the Manager IT Services and Strategic Planning for the provision of second and third level end user support for the Provincial Court Judges, Judicial Justices, and judicial staff throughout the province. As the senior technical member of the systems team this position provides technical leadership and guidance to the other members of the IT systems support team. The position is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of the Provincial Judiciary Windows server infrastructure, cloud services and end point client devices (computers, printers, UC phones, peripherals and related software).
Qualifications for this role include:
- Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field.
- Minimum of four (4) years directly related experience including experience working in an infrastructure support role; or equivalent of education, experience and training.
- Demonstrated experience in investigating and implementing complex IT integration challenges.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, testing, implementing software and hardware solutions.
- Experience with all phases of project management and change management.
- Ability to work under pressure, within strict timeframes and meet deadlines.
- Ability to supervise and lead multiple project teams.
- Experience in assessing customer requirements, developing and implementing technical and business solutions.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
