Senior Unity Developer

----What's the Job?----

Sketchbox Inc builds VR training applications that run on the Quest2, in Unity for large Fortune 500 companies.


We don’t just deliver one-off VR training apps, we deliver an entire learning solution, including analytics, multiplayer and tools for non-technical instructors to build out VR training modules. 


We are looking for an experienced Unity engineer with VR experience to join our team and architect efficient and reusable systems that drive complex VR applications.

----Responsibilities---

- Expertise with Unity & experience with VR development

- Writing clean, reusable code in C#, or other languages as necessary

- Crafting intuitive user interactions for both novice and experienced users

- Familiarity with standard VR hardware (we mainly work with Oculus and Pico)

- Experience working with multiplayer systems

- Implementing user interfaces based on mockups and storyboards

----Other  Requirements---

- Using industry standard source control and issue tracking systems

- Ability to understand and apply 3D mathematical concepts (linear algebra, matrix multiplication, quaternions, etc.)

- Nice to have: general familiarity with 3D graphics software such as 3DS Max, Maya, Blender, Substance, etc.

- Creativity in finding solutions to abstract design problems, particularly with respect to translating real-world concepts and interactions into VR

- UI/UX ability and experience a plus
