Service Management Reporting Lead

$72,724.97 - $83,014.85 annually plus 9.9% Temporary Market Adjustment

As the Service Management Reporting Lead, you will be a subject matter expert on all things related to data management. This includes but is not limited to familiarity with data management principles and practices, data access technologies, running queries and scripts, automating data runs as per schedules, and summarizing key insights to enable decision makers and business leadership regularly. In the role, you will be a critical and trusted resource to validate the state of the operations and advocate for changes. Additionally, you will be involved with building and evolving the operational reporting capabilities of the division to meet branch and service objectives.

Qualifications for this role include:


  • Degree, diploma, certification in the computer science and/or data modeling field, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in data modelling, process modelling, and/or business area analysis techniques.
  • Experience developing standards documents and structured reports for various stakeholder audiences.
  • Experience with relational database systems, Structured Query Language, relational data modeling and data management principles, structured analysis and design, and documentation of business requirements. 
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including delivering incremental logical and/or physical data model releases.
  • Experience with Report design & development, using BI tools for creating reports and data visualizations via tools such as Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau.
