You can confidently break down deliverables into tasks, guide the work of the team, and contribute technical advice and support. You can identify gaps in skills, provide performance feedback, and plan for additional resourcing. You are metrics driven and can re-prioritize and optimize deliverables based on analytical results. You have professional communication skills and can build trusting relationships within and across teams. You can influence with and without authority, provide mentorship, and manage conflict.
  • The growth mindset. You are naturally curious and driven to research and try new tools. You like to stay ahead of the curve, seeking the latest knowledge in the technical arena, people leadership, and the industry you are working in. You can inspire a continuous learning and improvement approach in your team.
