Our team is looking for an experienced growth marketer with an entrepreneurial drive, a strong track record of driving results, and ability to unlock new distribution channels. You’ll be working with experienced growth-focused founders and partners with a passion for building some of Canada’s most notable startup brands.


What you'll be doing:


  • Work closely with the founding team to lead our growth marketing strategies and drive tangible business results
  • Run experiments across the funnel, improve conversion rates, and work across departments to collaborate on new initiatives
  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user and business acquisition channels (ie: social ads, SEO, search ads, PR, affiliate, etc.) and campaigns
  • Conceive and execute on content campaigns that drive, engagement, education, and retention
  • Help determine and define the execution of social media campaigns and content creation
  • Manage SEO efforts both on and off-site
  • Interview customers and prospective customers to understand needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Build dashboards, analyze data, and monitor performance to find areas of improvement
  • Determine the required resources and help recruit and source them
  • Plan experiments, then move with conviction and pace to execute at startup speed, measured in days and not quarters
  • Help us find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals


Who we're looking for:


  • Ownership mentality is a must. You own your results. We’ll do whatever you need to help make you successful but we don’t read minds. Tell us what you need to succeed
  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience with ownership of a conversion funnel
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS marketing tools like: Hubspot, Slack, Customer.io, Intercom, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, MixPanel, GSuite, Mailchimp, Unbounce, Buffer, etc.
  • Design and implementation skills from Figma through to Webflow or similar tools would be a big plus
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design, HTML and CSS code, SEO factors all a big plus
  • Comfortable with change, uncertainty, and a fast paced environment
  • Startup experience is not required but entrepreneurial drive definitely is
  • Insurtech and Fintech experience is a big plus
