About the Position
Pathcore is looking for an energetic, well-organized and detail-oriented Technical Account Manager to contribute to the success of Pathcore products while maximizing return on investment for our valued clients. The candidate will regularly interact with clients and collaborators and proactively ensure their concerns are resolved, where possible, and otherwise document product limitations and gaps in functionality. This role will act as a technical resource to sales and marketing teams, a customer advocate within the engineering team and a product evangelist from the point of view of clients and collaborators.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to ensure their continued satisfaction
- Deliver workshops and training programs as required to current and prospective clients
- Deliver customer onboarding programs to ensure successful adoption
- Support strategic projects with academic collaborators and key opinion leaders
- Communicate interesting and new capabilities to the marketplace
- Support engineering and product teams during design and planning processes
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role and two or more of the following
- Experience with cancer research (diagnostics or therapeutics) and/or cancer informatics, or a degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related health sciences
- Hand on experience using imaging systems and in particular with microscopy
- Hand on experience with scientific software for data capture or image analysis
- Technically savoy in the fields of IT, cloud computing, or software development
