$64,123.59 - $72,674.35 annually

The Technical Support Analyst will provide technical support in the procurement, configuration, installation, testing and maintenance of shared systems software/hardware platforms and ministry line of business applications and servers. This role will provide problem resolution to ministry users, customers and vendors.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Diploma or certification in the computer science field, or equivalent AND a minimum of three (3) years related experience OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.

Preference may be given to candidates with:

  • Experience working with Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure’s line of business applications.
  • Additional experience in any of the qualifications listed above.
